Dr. Silvio Rugani graduated Cum Laude from Iona College with a Bachelor of Science and received his Doctorate from New York Chiropractic College. Dr. Rugani was inducted into the New York Chiropractic Phi Chi Gamma Honor Society. Additionally, he is professionally licensed and board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic.
